We rarely hear the inward music, but were all dancing to it nevertheless.

why do i love this so much? have sacrificied so much to reach a place in life where i can exprience these words as the first step of a wellgorithm called Dancing Butterfly? what makes the quote transcendently beautiful? Able to grab me by the gut and throat? why do i live for this? for the poetic reminder to listen to that inward music ... and to find ever new ways to enjoy the dance?

There are many ways to the Divine. I have chosen the ways of song, dance, and laughter.

Dance, when youre broken open. Dance, if youve torn the bandage off.

Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood.

Dance when youre perfectly free.

Whosoever knows the power of the dance, dwells in God.

The Holy Grail of psychological power is your ability to flip your Inner Switch to turn off your lower self and turn on your best possible self.

The key is to practice ... to build your emotional muscles. Repetition is the mother of mastery.

Each smallest act of kindness, reverberates across
great distances and spans of time affecting lives
unknown to the one whos generous spirit, was the
source of this good echo.

Somewhere beneath the surface, beneath just the using body, there was the real me a hurt, scared individual, wishing for freedom. The levels my addiction took me to were in the darkest places, and it is in those times I remember thinking, Im either going to die, or change. And these practices helped me change.

I still get angry at times. But rather than stay angry, I do a Wellgorithm. People notice that Im more relaxed, calm, comfortable in my own skin.

I like the fact that Wellgorithms have a sense of humor. Its ok to laugh. In fact, thats how we heal sometimes. Sometimes the best therapy is to laugh at your own therapy.
